Douglas Clark, tenor, is the featured soloist with the Monmouth Civic Chorus in LisztFest, celebrating the life and music of the Romantic genius Franz Liszt. A resident of Tinton Falls, Clark has been a Chorus member and soloist since 1987, and is also a member and soloist with the New Jersey Chamber Singers. He has performed with the Point Pleasant Presbyterian Chancel Choir and the Polymania ensemble, and teaches at the Monmouth Conservatory of Music in Red Bank. He recently collaborated with internationally acclaimed pianist Vladislav Kovalsky on a CD of Schubert’s Die Schöne Müllerin (The Beautiful Miller Girl).

Guest artists for the concert are Karin Gargone, Organist, Presbyterian Church on the Hill, Ocean Township; Charles Harris, Director of Music, First Presbyterian Church at Red Bank; and Vladislav Kovalsky, Executive Director, Monmouth Conservatory of Music.
